Academic Approach
The right approach for each stage in the educational journey.
Our preschools, elementary and middle schools build the solid academic foundation students need for future success. Throughout the continuum of preschool through 8th grade, our curriculum and teaching approach are guided by the latest educational research. We constantly enrich and update our curriculum, technology, and teaching strategies. We offer many professional development opportunities for our educators at all levels, and foster a community of learning that engages teachers, parents and students.

Preschool Our preschool combines learning experiences and structured play in a fun, safe and nurturing environment – offering more than just child care. Using our Links to Learning curriculum, our preschools offer the perfect balance of learning and play, combining structured learning experiences with play activities designed for each developmental stage. We link parents to their child's classroom experiences by providing a monthly summary of their child's work and suggestions to continue the learning at home.

Kindergarten is an exciting and important time for children, when we nurture their innate love of learning and curiosity about the world, in order to set the tone for the rest of their formal education. We give children the strong foundation they need for future success. Our proven, well-rounded curriculum builds sound reading, writing, math and problem-solving skills. During kindergarten, the children also become comfortable in a more structured classroom setting.

Elementary & Middle School In elementary and middle school, our focus is on building students' 21st century skills in a personalized learning environment. Our challenging, well-rounded curriculum ensures that students master the core academics, while also developing 21st century skills such as creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration. Our small class sizes enable us to implement personal learning plans to ensure that each student maximizes his or her potential in all areas. Along with traditional, textbook-based and teacher-led instruction, our teachers ensure that students master core content, and also know how to apply their knowledge to new problems. We also believe in close communication between parents, teachers, staff and students to make learning fun, stimulating and meaningful.
